The Club Room at Rothesay has a variety of uses.
The children who stay for a school lunch will have their meal in this room.
We encourage a family feeling, with mid-day supervisors and staff sitting at the table whilst they serve a group of children. This encourages social interaction and the staff can help teach children the skills of using a knife and fork. Children are encouraged to try all the foods on offer and the meals follow government guidelines, helping to provide the children with a healthy and well balanced diet. We are able to offer meals which meet the dietary needs and religious preferences of all of our children. Please make sure that staff are aware of any special requirements.
The room is also used for small group work and the children who go home at 2.00pm are collected from here.
